Layer02 Desk, the Upwork command page

The page Layer02 uses every day to find work on Upwork. Jobs sync in and are scored from 0 to 100 against our own criteria: keywords, rate, verified client, spend, how crowded the post is, how fresh. Each job carries an effort estimate and the pay per hour it works out to, so a fat budget with a thin brief is visible as such.

The job drawer drafts the brief, the cover letter and a 60-second video script with Claude. Nothing is sent by the page; a person reads, edits and sends. The dashboard tracks view rate, reply rate and cost per reply, split by cover-letter variant. Built in a day in September 2026 as a hosted Claude Artifact with its own database.
