Lead generation and outreach

The list, the enrichment and the first email, done by the system; the conversation, done by you. We scrape companies from directories and lists, enrich each with website, size and the right contact, score them against your fit criteria and write the result to HubSpot. Sequences go out from your own mailbox, stop the moment someone replies or books, and the replies are sorted so the rep opens the interested ones first.

Is cold outreach even allowed here? Germany has stricter rules for cold email than the US or the UK. We tell you what applies to your market before the sequence is built, and we build inside it, with a clean opt-out in every email.

How we decide what to automate

Where a wrong number could reach a customer, the AI checks and a person decides. Where the work is only tedious, we automate it fully. Some things stay manual.

Automate fully

  • Scrape 500 companies from a directory and enrich each with website and size
  • Score each lead against your fit criteria and write the result to HubSpot
  • Stop a sequence the moment someone replies or books

AI checks, human decides

  • First email of a sequencedrafted per company by the AI, the batch approved by you
  • A reply that looks interestedclassified by the AI, answered by a person the same day
  • A new segmenta sample of 20 reviewed before the full batch runs

Leave it manual

  • Replies from leadsa person writes every one, the AI only lays out the context
  • Cold outreach in Germanylegal limits apply, we say so before building anything
  • Choosing who you want as a customeryours to decide, we build to it

Example system

gmail · claude · shopifyInbox and shipment monitorOrder-status emails answered from the shop; refunds always go to a person

Diagram of the Inbox and shipment monitor system: 6 steps

Steps

  1. Customer email: A customer writes in asking about an order.
  2. Reads the request: The message is read and sorted: tracking question, refund, or something else.
  3. Looks up the order: The order and its shipping status are looked up in the shop.
  4. Sure of the answer?: Only a clear tracking question goes on without a person.
  5. Replies with tracking: The customer gets the tracking link in a reply from the shared inbox.
  6. Hands to a person: Anything unclear is handed to a person with the draft attached.
