CRM and RevOps

A CRM the team actually uses. We set up or clean up HubSpot so that every client is one company record with the right contacts, deals and properties attached, workflows do what their names say, and the pipeline numbers match the ones in finance. Where HubSpot ends, n8n connects it to ClickUp, Slack, Stripe or your product, so a stage change creates the tasks and the folder without anyone remembering to.

HubSpot, or just Zapier? HubSpot first: workflows, custom properties, associations, sequences, custom objects and the API. We rolled it out to 20 users at a software company and built the dashboards covering 300 companies. Salesforce on request.

Point of view

How we decide what to automate

Where a wrong number could reach a customer, the AI checks and a person decides. Where the work is only tedious, we automate it fully. Some things stay manual.

Automate fully

  • Create deal, company and contact from a signed quote, with the right owner
  • Close the deal when the Stripe payment lands and open the ClickUp project
  • Log every sequence email and reply on the contact timeline

AI checks, human decides

  • Duplicate contactsthe AI proposes the merge, the owner confirms it
  • Deal silent for 30 daysthe AI drafts the follow-up, the rep sends or drops it
  • Bulk property changes across hundreds of companiespreview first, then apply

Leave it manual

  • Deleting recordsnever automated, not even the obvious ones
  • Changing the pipeline stages themselvesa decision for the sales lead
  • Pricing exceptions on a dealthe rep decides, the system only records it
